At Desi Mithas, our Murukku is made from a humble mix of rice flour and urad dal flour, seasoned with jeera, hing, and a pinch of pink salt. Each piece is coiled by hand and gently fried in cold-pressed oil to achieve its signature crispness without the heaviness of refined snacks.
