However, due to theΒ perishable and consumable nature of our food items, we follow a strict no-return policy once the product packaging is opened.
Please read our policy carefully:
Β Eligibility for Return/RefundWe accept returns and issue refunds or replacementsΒ only under the following conditions:
  1. Damaged, broken, or tampered packagingΒ at the time of delivery
  2. Wrong item deliveredΒ (i.e. not matching the product you ordered)
  3. Expired or stale product receivedΒ upon delivery (highly unlikely, but covered)
Β In such cases, you must notify usΒ within 24 hoursΒ of delivery with clear photographs and order details.Β Non-Returnable Items
  • Any product that has beenΒ opened, consumed, or partially used
  • Orders whereΒ taste or personal preferencesΒ are cited (we maintain consistent quality but individual tastes may vary)
  • Returns initiatedΒ after 24 hours of delivery
Return Process (if eligible)If your case qualifies for a return:
  • You mustΒ arrange return shipmentΒ at your own cost
  • Product must beΒ unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • Returns must be sent to the address we provide after approval
We currently do not offer pickup services for return orders.Β Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed withinΒ 7 business daysΒ to your original payment method
  • In case of replacement, we will ship the correct/fresh product at no additional cost
